Who we are
Our Mission is to honor our Lord and savior Jesus Christ by caring for the physical and spiritual needs of our brothers and sisters and their families as they face the end of life.
Our Vision is that caring for our caregivers will result in Intentional, Loving and Compassionate care delivered to every patient in the same manner that we would care for our own loved ones, enabling every patient and their loved ones to experience Reconciliation, Remembrance, and Revelation in their last days that become more about life than death.
To fulfill our Mission and achieve our Vision, we rely on Our Core Values:
Love – Care for each other and show each other you care by enabling each other to be successful. “Love One Another” – John 15:12 – is the greatest commandment for a reason.
Trust – Our patients can rely on us and we rely on each other because we do what we say we are going to do.
Commitment – We are a team and we have an obligation to our patients and each other to deliver excellence in everything we do.
Prayer – Pray constantly for God’s guidance in all we do praising Him for all of His blessings.
Patience – Faithfully and Hopefully await God’s answers to our prayers.
Performance – While we wait and pray for God’s guidance and blessing, we perform our daily tasks to the best of our God-given ability.
